BEST COLLISION CENTER EVER!!!!!!! These guys were AMAZING! basically, I ran over something in the Beloved parking lot (the dumb little wall that has a million chunks taken out of it) and it crumpled underneath my car. My husband was out of town and I needed a "pronto" answer on my brand new vehicle and these guys had the part ordered within 24 hours and installed within 48! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He was going to give me an estimate, but after working with all the pieces he was able to put it back together himself and literally said "No estimate needed".

Hill Country Collision in Marble Falls did outstanding work removing a golf ball sized dent in my Harley fender with paintless dent removal. Many other PDR only businesses said it could not be repaired. I contacted HC Collision via their email request system and received a very quick and positive response. They had the bike for a day and delivered a perfect result. Greg and Eric were great to work with and the shop office areas present very well. Clearly they take pride in their business. HC Collision will be my first stop in the future for any auto body repairs!

I am so incredibly grateful to Hill Country Collision Burnet for the INCREDIBLE work they did repairing my Jeep Wrangler after an accident. The insurance company was a big challenge but Chris Gardiner very patiently worked with them to ensure they paid for all of the costs of my vehicle.

We also opted to purchase some really cool after market parts for the Jeep. Some parts were very tricky to install, but Chris and his team were committed to making it happen for me.

They were incredibly professional. Communication and service were excellent. Start to finish it was a smooth process.

They turned my boring Jeep into my dream Jeep and I'm thankful for all of their hard work.

Winter for an estimate super friendly

I absolutely can't say enough good things about these guys. One of the best experiences I have had with a business in my 66 years.

A big buck deer rammed the side of my wife's Jeep Gladiator at highway speed and tore up everything from the front door to the rear bumper. Daniel and the crew at the Burnet location knew just what to do, from the initial estimate to making sure everything was accounted for in dealing with the insurance claim.

And the actual repairs? Honestly, the truck is PERFECT. Not only is it like the accident never happened, I think it may actually look better than the day we drove it home from the dealership. They even cleaned the engine compartment!

Hillcountry Collision is still waiting for my insurance company's estimate. Regardless of that, they will still repair my Explorer, which was vandalized. And no, I did not call the Burnet County Sheriff Department. I would have driven to Llano County to make the report rather than deal with the BCSO.
Hillcountry Collision in Burnet will do an excellent job. That's why we go there.

Stopped by to see if they could open the side doors on my van that'd been stuck closed for a week. Eric (Weaves) came outside to check it out, went back in for some tools, and not only popped it open in a few seconds, but fixed it right there in minutes! Then he explained why it was happening and how to keep it from happening again. I asked how much do I owe him and he said nothing. My mouth dropped. All that for just some good will? Wow. I remember people used to do that years ago, but who does that now? Apparently this business does.

I was so impressed that I started to ask about a couple other things I'd like to get done to the van, but he said they were booked out 'til August (It's mid-June now), so I'll get the pressing things done now and save the others to contact them later this year or early next when I have time to deal with it again. I think they'll be worth the wait.
