I had a fifth wheel hitch installed by a shop in Austin that was installed incorrectly damaging the bed of my 2020 F250. I tried some local body shops and they all wanted to replace the bed and paint it versus trying to repair aluminum. I really did not want 1/2 of my new truck repainted. Took it to Chris at Hill Country and he was honest that it might not be possible to repair it but he certainly would try and felt reasonably certain he could do it. He stayed in touch daily with text or call. Upon taking the hitch out he found more damage and took pictures to support the repair and show the hitch shop the damage they caused. Once repaired they applied a spray in liner and it looked better than new. He reinstalled the hitch and showed me how a hitch is to be installed correctly. It was clean using carraige bolts vs bolts and washers as previous. I could not be happier with the Hill Country Collision / LineX team and recommend them highly.

I had the roof and hatchback replaced on my Honda CRV, as icy roads caused a slide into a steep ditch & embankment. It took about 3 weeks to get the necessary parts, which stretched out the total repairto 6 weeks vs. the expected 4 weeks .Hill Country payed for a lease car for the extra time taken.They communicated with me as promised and provided a good quality finished product.

After the kamikaze deer attack, I decided to try Hill Country Collision to fix my car instead of one I'd used for years about an hour away. I was extremely pleased, as HCC isn't just prompt and efficient, but they worked well with my reluctant insurance company, and went extra miles to do the job right. Literally! When wrong repair parts were shipped to them, HCC staff drove to the shipper to get the right ones, saving me days of delay.Once finished, the car looked better than the day I bought it.
