If you’re filing an insurance claim, we begin the tear-down process after we receive approval from the insurance company. During tear-down, there may be an estimate supplement that requires approval. After receiving final approval, parts are ordered.

If this is a customer-pay job, parts are ordered as soon as you approve the estimate and drop your vehicle off for repairs.

Yes, we will provide you with frequent status updates. Feel free to call or e-mail the shop during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.
